Life Captured
Sony Ericsson teamed up with Oscar nominated film director Mike Figgs, to create 'Life Captured', a short film made with mobile phone photos taken by everyday people. Mike and Sony Ericsson invited anyone who wanted to showcase their life to submit a storyboard to a competition website, that would be advertised across Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Brando, an online PR agency, were commissioned to build the website.
Brando turned to EveryCity. In just 2 days, we were able to deliver a clustered Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft SQL Server hosting platform, capable of dealing with the bursty high traffic volumes that come with worldwide advertising campaigns.

Neoco - I Love Design
Neoco are a leading digital marketing agency, who create high profile websites and campaigns for well known brands. Neoco has a history of utilising managed hosting services to deliver their content. However, their traditional managed hosting service provider was coming up short, failing to deliver innovative solutions to meet Neoco's expanding portfolio of campaigns.
EveryCity stepped in to the picture. We met with Neoco, to discover their current and forthcoming challenges, and to analyse ways we could meet these head on.
One of the key problems facing Neoco was the challenge of hosting multiple campaigns on a single agency server. Neoco had recently launched a high profile campaign for Quark, makers of the design industry QuarkXPress software package, and wanted isolation to deliver a secure and reliable service for this busy international community website, ilovedesign.com.
Not wanting to go down the environmentally damaging path of putting each campaign on it's own server, EveryCity suggested a virtualised platform. This allowed Neoco to isolate key services, including their legacy sites and staging areas. EveryCity provided several hosting servers, including a powerful Dual Quad Core server with 8GB of ram, to easily handle the high volume of traffic visiting ilovedesign.com.
