This includes updating and patching the operating system (Solaris, Windows or Linux) & all core, pre-installed applications (e.g. Apache, MySQL, PHP) and also helping you to install and configure new packages & tools.

Migration Support

Moving servers can be a painful process, so we take the weight off your shoulders and work with your developers to migrate all of your databases, files, sites and applications.

Daily Backups

Losing data is unacceptable, which is why all of our managed servers are backed up each day and stored for at least 14 days. If your RPO requires a higher frequency of backups, or if you have bespoke requirements, we can deal with it.

Server Monitoring

We monitor all of the critical applications on your server, such as Apache and MySQL, as well as key performance indicators. If you have bespoke monitoring requirements, we are able to accommodate these.

If you find yourself stuck with a critical server issue, day or night, you can contact our support by phone & email. Our engineers provide comprehensive advice and help for technical and non-technical staff alike, to guide them through any issues they might encounter.
